Service keeps running past your allowance. You get alerts at 80% and 100%, set your own overage cap (default 2x), and overage appears on a period statement our team reviews before it is sent. Prepaid packs below are discounted.

What is the difference between Hybrid and Fully managed?
Both include the same crew and quotas at each level. Hybrid gives you half the managed hours of the matching Fully managed plan (for example Hybrid Growth includes 4 hours a month, Fully managed Growth includes 8, a $680 value at $85/hr), and you run some seats yourself. Fully managed has TPN operate the crew day to day with same-business-day support.
Usage above the included quotas in your plan is billed at the published overage rates; only third-party tools outside your plan are passed through at cost, with no markup. Fully managed Enterprise is quoted after a short scoping call.

Usage, overage and third-party tools
Our prices cover your AI crew and the included monthly quotas (phone calls, emails and calendar bookings), plus our setup, monitoring and support (and the monthly managed hours on Hybrid and Fully managed plans). Usage above those included quotas is billed at the published overage rates. Only third-party tools and services outside your plan are billed at cost, with no markup. You can hold those accounts in your own name, or we bill them back exactly as charged. For example:
- Extra AI models you choose to add outside your plan: charged by the provider based on how much your chatbot or automations use them.
- Separate phone and SMS accounts outside your plan (such as your own Twilio account): charged by the provider per minute and per message.
- Automation platforms (such as Zapier or Make): their own monthly plans, if your workflows need one.
- Tools you already pay for (your CRM, email, Shopify and so on) stay on your existing plans.
Before we build, we tell you which services your automation needs and how each one bills, so there are no surprises.
Cancellation and refunds
- Add-on setups: if you cancel before we start building, we refund the full amount.
- Monthly plans (DIY, Hybrid and Fully managed tiers): no long-term contract. Each purchase covers 30 days of service; renew from portal Billing, or simply don’t renew and you will not be billed again. Your current paid period stays active until it ends.
- Annual plans: if you cancel an annual plan, we refund 40% of the value of the remaining full unused months; months already started or used are not refunded.
- Your data stays yours. Ask and we will export your business Brain content and call/lead records when you cancel.
