This Privacy Policy explains how Thompson Professional Networks LLC (“TPNetworks”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit tpnetworks.net, buy a plan, or use the TPNetworks customer portal at portal.tpnetworks.net and the AI services we provide (the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, and anything you send through forms, chat, email or calls.
- Account and portal data: login details, team members you invite, settings, saved library items, messages, and time and usage records.
- Payment information: payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers; we receive the order status, amount and a limited payment reference.
- Calls, messages and AI interactions: if you use an AI receptionist, chat or automation, we process call recordings or transcripts, messages and prompts needed to deliver that Service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies needed to run the site, keep you signed in and secure checkout.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and support the Services and your account.
- To process orders, statements and payments, and to send invoices, receipts and service notices.
- To measure usage against your plan limits and prepare usage or overage statements.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve our website and Services. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Services, under contracts or terms that limit their use of it. These include our hosting provider, payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal), email delivery, AI model and voice providers (for example OpenRouter and Vapi) used to process requests you make, and integration platforms you choose to connect. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
SMS and phone
If you opt in to text messages, see our SMS Terms. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, cart and checkout, and limited analytics to understand site use. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may stop checkout or the portal from working.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, legal and backup purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Portal library content is encrypted at rest, access is limited by role and tenant, and we use TLS for data in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will respond as that law requires.
Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
