These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tpnetworks.net, the TPNetworks customer portal, and the AI automation, receptionist and managed services (“Services”) provided by Thompson Professional Networks LLC (“TPNetworks”, “we”, “us”). By buying a plan or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
Plans, billing and renewals
- Plans, included usage, managed hours and add-on prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- Today’s charge covers the first billing period. Until automatic renewals are enabled, we send an invoice before each new period.
- Usage beyond your plan allowance (for example voice minutes, messages or bookings) is billed at the published overage rates on a period statement that our team reviews before it is sent. Additional phone lines and extra managed hours are billed as listed.
- Payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe) or PayPal. Unpaid statements may lead to suspension of the affected Services.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.
- Use the Services lawfully, including telemarketing, call-recording, consent, anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your calls, texts and emails.
- Do not use the Services to send unsolicited messages, harass anyone, infringe rights, or upload malware or unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the content, instructions and data you provide, and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
AI and third-party services
The Services use third-party AI, voice, telephony and integration providers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Your data and our property
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the Services, software, templates and know-how we provide, and grant you a non-transferable right to use them during your subscription.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the Services and these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. TPNetworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end the Services if you breach these Terms, do not pay, or use the Services in a way that creates legal or security risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
