TPNetworks services

AI services that keep your business moving.

Your Atlas Crew is packaged around the work your team needs done: answering and routing calls, following up with leads, organizing the inbox, protecting focus on the calendar, and keeping your business knowledge in one place.

Not a workflow menu

One team. A service package that fits how you want to run it.

We do not hand you a pile of disconnected automations and call it transformation. We help you choose the right work for your team, shape it around your business Brain, and deliver it at the level of help you want: self-serve, shared with our team, or fully managed.

Start with a business outcome. Your team, tools, and approvals determine the operational details—not a one-size-fits-all workflow template.

What your service can cover

Practical help across the work that slows a business down.

Every service is configured for your operating needs. The role mix and any connected-account work depend on your plan, supported providers, and your approval settings.

01 — CUSTOMER FRONT DOOR

Calls, questions & appointments

Give customers a responsive first stop for common questions, call triage, lead capture, pre-sales support, and calendar booking.

02 — FOLLOW-THROUGH

Leads, inbox & customer context

Sort and summarize inbound work, flag junk and urgent messages, prepare reply drafts, and turn a conversation into a clear next step.

03 — BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Calendar, tasks & reporting

Surface commitments from your communications, prepare scheduling suggestions, keep repeatable work visible, and provide useful operational reporting.

04 — CONTENT & GROWTH

Publishing-ready business content

Plan and draft blog, website, and social content that uses your approved knowledge and voice. Publishing stays in your approval flow.

05 — KNOWLEDGE & QUALITY

Your business Brain

Bring your approved materials, policies, FAQs, and playbooks together so the crew has grounded context for drafts, routing, and recommendations.

06 — EXPERT HELP

Support, tuning & improvement

Get practical help with prompt tuning, workflows, approval queues, reporting, and the next business problem worth solving.

How service delivery works

Built around your business, then improved with you.

01Define the outcome

We identify the work that is repetitive, time-sensitive, or falling through the cracks.

02Set up the crew

We configure the relevant team roles, business knowledge, scripts, and safe operating rules.

03Connect with care

Where supported, your accounts are connected with scoped access and clear approval boundaries.

04Run, review, refine

You see the work, approve external actions when needed, and improve the service as priorities change.

Choose your delivery level

Same service direction. The level of hands-on help is up to you.

Choose a capacity level—Starter, Growth, or Enterprise—then decide whether you want to run it, share the work, or have TPN run it with you.

Designed for responsible operations

Helpful by default. Accountable when it matters.

Your approval stays in the loop.

Drafts, recommendations, and routing can move work forward. Sending, publishing, account changes, and other external actions follow the approval rules you set.

Connections are scoped to the work.

Connected email, calendar, publishing, website, and social accounts require supported providers and explicit setup. We use only the access needed for the service you choose.

Service questions

What to expect.

How quickly can we get started?

After your kickoff, a Starter crew is typically set up within seven days. Growth and Enterprise timing depends on the scope of the work, supported connections, and any custom requirements.

Can you support work unique to my business?

Yes. We begin with the outcome you need and use proven patterns where they fit. For unique systems, specialized logic, or custom integrations, we scope a tailored service plan before buildout.

What does a managed hour include?

Managed hours are hands-on work by TPN staff: business Brain and script updates, workflow and prompt tuning, approval-queue triage, and reporting. They reset each 30-day service period and do not roll over.

Do I have to give the crew access to every account?

No. Start with the smallest useful scope. We only connect supported accounts needed for the service, and you choose the approval rules for external actions.

Is this a fit for a small business?

It is designed for businesses and teams that lose time to repetitive calls, messages, scheduling, follow-up, and operational coordination. Start with Starter, then expand capacity when the service is proving useful.

Ready when you are

TPNetworks services are configured for your business. Availability of connected-account features depends on supported providers, account setup, and your approval settings.
