SMS Terms & Opt-In
Thompson Professional Networks LLC (“TPNetworks”, “we”) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked to receive them. This page explains how the program works.
Program description
TPNetworks SMS messages include appointment and call-back confirmations, replies to questions you send us, account and service notifications (for example support ticket updates, website or AI-receptionist status, and billing reminders), and, only if you separately agree, occasional service updates.
How you opt in
- Web forms: by entering your mobile number on a TPNetworks form (contact, quote, booking or client portal) and checking the unchecked box that reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Thompson Professional Networks LLC at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
- Phone or text: by texting us first at +1 (808) 206-7399, or by verbally asking our team or AI receptionist to text you, after which we send a confirmation message.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (808) 206-7399.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example our messaging carrier), and only to provide the service.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
