Software and AI usage: passed through at cost
Our prices cover our work: design, build, testing, monitoring and support. The third-party services your automations run on are billed separately at cost, with no markup. You can hold these accounts in your own name, or we bill them back exactly as charged. For example:
- AI models (such as OpenAI): charged by the provider based on how much your chatbot or automations use them.
- Phone and SMS for the AI voice receptionist (such as Twilio): charged by the provider per minute and per message.
- Automation platforms (such as Zapier or Make): their own monthly plans, if your workflows need one.
- Tools you already pay for (your CRM, email, Shopify and so on) stay on your existing plans.
Before we build, we tell you which services your automation needs and how each one bills, so there are no surprises.
Cancellation and refunds
- Quick Start ($497): not a fit after intake = full refund. After you buy, you fill in a short onboarding intake. If either of us decides after the intake that it is not a good fit, we refund the full $497.
- Starter 3-Pack and add-on setups: if you cancel before we start building, we refund the full amount.
- Monthly plans (Small Business Care, Growth, DIY library, priority support): no long-term contract. We email an invoice before each new month; reply to cancel and you will not be billed again. Your current paid month stays active until it ends.
- Annual plans: paid yearly with 2 months free. If you cancel an annual plan, we refund 40% of the value of the remaining full unused months; months already started or used are not refunded.
- You keep what we build. Automations we deliver stay yours after you cancel.
