Each member of our team specializes in one particular field technology and also shares the experience of the rest of our team. Individually and collectively our experience in the industry is extensive and our knowledge and training is continuously updated and improved.
For the past 15 years we have offered both remote administration and support services as well as comprehensive onsite services to our clients. We can facilitate large rollouts and installation jobs from both a project management level as well as every aspect of the installation and support process. We work with general contractors to facilitate new buildouts as well as manage all aspects of upgrades and roll-out processes.
Our business started out of our apartment in Colorado Springs in 2003 when we went by Pro Tech Colorado. It was just myself and my wife back then, and we really enjoy our work! This is what has inspired us to continue to serve our customers and grow our business.
Thompson Professional Networks is still a small family company who know employs 5 people in 7 different states. California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Utah, Maine and Hawaii.
Our company remains small so that we can service our loyal customers quickly and effectively, knowing the requirements and expectations of our customers is what we focus on and it gives us a great deal of intuitiveness when it comes to providing service.
In the last 15 years we have completed over 10,000 installations. Some have been small one site jobs, and some have been large rollouts with over 30 locations per rollout.
Our customers are always pleased with our work, and we make sure that we back our work up with outlined expectations and upfront costs.
